Hi, as the title says, every time I try to join the server, I get in for a few seconds, then the server closes connection and says I'm banned for 14 minutes. My in game name is WHAT-THE-FACE. I'm not sure why this is happening.

This is mistake. Ban should be once. Repeat after 20 min.
