Have any other US players had issues connecting to WoL since the last update? I have the following:

 

1. I get disconnected very soon after joining. There are no ping warnings in the chat. 

2. Twice I have connected and other planes can see me but I cannot see them. I can see things they shoot blow up, but not see their planes at all. I receive all chat box messages. 

 

I have reinstalled IL2 and confirmed port forwarding. 

 

Also, I can fly in Finnish and other serves without problems. This only happens on WoL and has only been happening for the last few days.

К сожалению я не могу ничем помочь. Явно проблемы с передачей информации по определенному протоколу. У нас в стране спецслужбы яростно борются с интернетом. Многие наверно помнят, как массово пользователи из РФ не могли обновить игру при выходе очередного патча. Возможно провайдер режет и что-то фильтрует с определенных подсетей. У тебя не проходят пакеты по UDP. Признаки именно такие. Но что делать, если у одних работает, а у других не работает? Рулетки в Лас-Вегасе более предсказуемые, чем наши сети. Мне очень жаль. Но помочь я не могу.

Нет. Настройки предельного пинга не менялись уже несколько лет. Ограничение 500ms.
