Got shot down 4 times in il2 by different players. 4 times vertical comes off in one pass. Sad. Guess you all want to fly any IL2 because it can't take any damage or tail just comes off. No wonder Red has lost so many maps. ILEA when it is so WEAK.

 

Go germans You winning the propaganda war. Now IL2 is weak sister.

mission north42ssum is still laggy as hell as it was before last update, to many stuff going on on ground or something els... any chance to look at it and maybe make it playable thanks

like last time i was playing that mission on november 4, from start even frendly airplanes jump in sky and go back forward like server is owerloaded.
When you come in area close to objective all airplanes warp in sky.
When you attack some one you see him react with delay, also your hits on him are with delay, and after you pass him he falls apart, not when you hit him as useal.
server message shows up that server is owerloaded, gps is delayed chat messages about kill are delayed, airbase under attack message is delayed. i posted on wol on il-2 bos forum then about it, and today all ok on mission before but when this map loaded again same things as before.
And other ppl reported same in chat, and then started to leve server.
So to me looks like there is to mutch stuff going on on ground ( maybe artillary bombing or to many moving vehicles) for server to handle, as mission efore run ok , and mission after run ok, but this one has warping airplanes delayed gps, delayed messages, delayed bullet hits and so on...

"Before the 3.007, I was testing COOP mission sizes. 
I had a COOP mission with 147 moving tanks, two moving trains, and 15 AI fighters plus me running on a Dserver. 
Total entities 165. 
I could get in with my client. 
After the patch, I can get in when there's 90 entities (no AI planes at all, number of moving tanks lowered). With 120 entities (no AI planes) I couldn't get in anymore, I'm dropped back to COOP/Dogfight selection after mission loading finishes.
I suspect it's the added damage modeling of the ground vehicles that causes this drop in client performance.
I am not amused.
Oh, and before the 3.007 update, the limit was somewhere between 150-180 moving tanks."
 
 
Today on MalayaZemlya43k same problems ( didnt see this problems on that mission on 3.006)
example from that misssion, he was shooting at 109, he and me saw bullets hit 109 but 109 continued fly 30s more and then fell apart.
server shows that ripgrunwald shoot and hit something
but nothing is listed as hitt :)
joined same mission 30 min before end just to see ppl complaining about lagga nd warping planes and server overload message in chat every 5-10s.
 
 
 
109 fell apart and jumped with delay. Missions are owerloaded.
 
I think it will be unplayable in future
 
this is observed not by only me but my wingman from diff contry and differant pc then me , and more ppl on server.

this is asked offten, why on this missions Kuban Summer 44 / and Wintermap Saving Private 43 La5FN offical skins are locked and only green available, intentional like that so only green is used or just error?

Yesterday around 22cet MalayaZemlya43k mission started again and it was laggy and messages from game that server is overloaded show up every 10s, mission before was ok, mission after it was ok. 

 

will you guys try to see if problem is in mission units numbers that new patch cant handle, or wait for devs to make some fix ?

MalayaZemlya43k is now again on server ppl cant select start, and gps is delayed, and spawning is delayed, and ppl get kicked to DF room after try to connevt, on 30ppl on server. previous mission MamaevKurgan42s-WL-306-02ns was running ok, mission befor that one OldtTainStation42ssum-wl-306-01ns was also laggy , delayed gps, delayed messages from server, and ppl could not spawn or join only 30-40ppl could be on server.

 

if any of admin i wake if posible can you change mission now to one that atleast work ok on server, thanks

All these missions are old and have long been on the server. Has it worked all these years, and then it suddenly broke down? It does not happen. Something the developers broke in the network code.

yes i understand, but if you have missions that dont work on server and wait for devs to fix them no one will play on server and go on other server. So you have to fuiger out some way to make server playable untill devs fix, and who knows when they will fix.

 

mission MamaevKurgan42s was ok now with 70ppl,  so all is ok on 3007 with that mission, but something is making some other missions to be overloaded fast.

 

I think its best to remove missions with problems untill devs fix, if they fix

 

i dont know what elss to say, i just report what i see and what missions work ok what not.

Can you atleast try to remove moving ships targets and moving trains and tansk/vehicles and test one of the mission that have them and is not working ok, and see if it will work ok then.

 

Now on Taman43kraut, ppl reporting delayed gps, chat, kill mesages, ground kills and so on.

Other missions that work ok dont have moving ships, or trains or trucks, missions that have problems have moving stuff. Maybe worth try to change. 

Ppl join and cant start and leve, only small number stay.

 

other servers will adapt, make missions more light to be playable, who knows if devs will fix or kno there is problems.

just played today on hight200 and savingprivet and all works ok on thouse missions, 40-50 players, no lag or delay, while some missions cant handle 30 payers

3 missions i play today are ok with hight200 having 62players, just now penetration41 also 76players all ok.

yesterday taman43 cant handle even 30 players.

This is how it looked yesterday on Taman43 mission,

 

 

data from guys shooting at yak dosent come to yak, so yak dont know they are shooting at him ( gps was delayed at that time, and ground units when destroyed also delayed )

Now its 22 players on server, Taman43kaut mission ( same where that video was recorded ) and same problems as before, lag, delayed gps, grey start, delayed spawn...

 

Can you set and run this mission in europian time ( like 18:00h moscow time ) and see if its ok then when players with low ping play on it ?

or does this mission need to be updated to 3.007 game, and saved by new mission planer from 3.007 ?

I stayed on that mission and rejoined and all was ok now, i look and german objectives 615 and 907 and vvs objective black see landing fleet towards krasny partizan  (obj 1 ) were finished. No lag and no gps delays then, 24 players. I ask players who had lag at mission start before thouse objectives were destroyed and they also have no lag now after objectives destroyed.

 

Plz check that mission and thouse objectives, maybe one of them is making mission to heavy in 3.007.

Players who had lag when thouse targets were active, no more have lag when thouse targets are finished, on same mission taman43 at same time.

 

did you guys make changes to your server like han say, before this mission 

( 12343 Taman43kaut-WL-306-03ns 100 3:00 28.11.2018 23:58 ) ?

Today we have received information, that WoL server have had a limit of traffic about 1 megabit. So today they have rise it up to greater value and this, hopefully, will fix all these issues with "delayed damage", "weird warping" and so on. So please keep us informed how things are going.

so this from han on forum:

"To game servers hosters - please check that in your SDS config file the correct traffic limit is set. At least 50 magebites if you have around 30 clients limit, and at least 150 megabytes if you have maxed up client number limit. So it means:

DownloadLimit = 50000 or more
UploadLimit = 50000 or more"

 

in your SDS conf you have 1gb?

 

DownloadLimit = 1000000000

UploadLimit = 1000000000

 

or in sds conf this cant be changed and saved?

 

can you atleast remove missions with problems untill fix is found?

EDIT:

 

i see 2 of targets that were destroyed on that mission are moving ships, and server was ok when they were destroyed.

i noticed other missions that have problems have moving ships as targets, maybe there is some problem to look for.


I open that mission and make it coop so i can test it with Ripgrunwald, and when he host it and i join i can see delay. My watch is delayed by 5s to his in cockpit watch.

 

So i then removed 12 ships from south obj 1, that are going to land near that partizan and restart mission.

And no delays then all work fine.

 

here is missions i used to test, first one same as your server just 2xlagg3 added for coop(has same problems as your server), 2nd one with 12 ships removed has no problems:

i dont know mutch about mission planer so i cant tell why that objective is making problems, is it ships or triggers maybe vachik or kirill can know better, but problem is gone when 12 ships delited.

i didnt remove all AI ships, i just removed 12 AI ships in 1013-1113.

 

and no delay then.

 

 

some missions on your server with moving ground objects AI (tanks vehiocles trains) work ok, some not, and they are with moving ships so thats why i check them first,

i reported before what missions have problems, and when i check them they have moving ships, and ones no problems no moving ships.

 

its maybe that something is making ai more demanding in 3007 or something is wrong with some ship type ( i will test on taman43 more )

We know that the ships are a serious burden in the mission. Therefore, when creating a mission is tested. There is a load limit that can not be passed. We follow this rule.

The mission of Taman is not easy, but it worked steadily and without overloading. What is changing developers in the AI, we do not know. For us, such changes are a very big problem. We can not just take and cut the filling of missions.

Is it posible to explain to Developers that something is changed and its problem, do they understand that? and its not just wrong limit in MB like they say on forum yesterday. Or poor server or missions design.

 

Can you show them that problem exist, and its bigger demand on AI that is looking like a problem, and on ships is showing more in 3.007.

server crashe 20-25min before mission hight200 was able to end (20:25-40h moscow ime).

GPS was just stuck at one place, and then 10-15min after all was kicked.
